Team Building::September 21-22, 2018 ______________________________________________________
It had been a fun, meaningful and unforgettable team building experience for all MANATAL COOP Officers and staff held last Friday and Saturday, September 21-22, 2018 at Caliraya Resort Club, Inc. at Lumban, Laguna.

The theme was "Heroes everywhere, everyday" to encourage everyone to show and strengthen the virtues of the hero inside all of us such as unity, punctuality, commitment, respect, service and discipline where the name of group teams came from.

The games were facilitated by Mr. Rico Coligado and his team which the whole MANATAL COOP team truly enjoyed and appreciated.

There had been impressive performances from the new employees. We gave appreciation to the employees who served with loyalty to MANATAL COOP. And lastly, we also named some employees who showed heroic acts of commitment and honesty with their services.

Overall, the event was filled with exciting activities that encompass the team's communication, trust, problem solving, decision making and most especially team cooperation rather than competition.
